Station Casinos Sports Connection Official Rules

  1. Station Sports Connection wagers are accepted only from within the Las Vegas area. Station Casinos Race and Sports Books are prohibited by law from accepting wagers originating from outside the State of Nevada. I understand that it is illegal to place a wager originating outside the State of Nevada.
  2. All House Rules and Regulations posted in the Station Casinos Race and Sports Books are applicable to Station Sports Connection wagering.
  3. Station Sports Connection wagers will only be accepted from the Las Vegas area.
  4. All Station Sports Connection account applicants must personally furnish the Station Casinos Race and Sports Book valid proof of identification, proof of residence and Social Security Number.
  5. Station Sports Connection wagers cannot be accepted from any individual who has not properly filed a Station Sports Connection account application which has been approved by Race and Sports Book Management.
  6. Management reserves the right to refuse any application.
  7. All account applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  8. Station Sports Connection accounts are limited to the sole and exclusive use of individual named on this application. No agents or representatives are allowed.
  9. A deposit must be made before any Station Sports Connection account is opened.
  10. Station Sports Connection account customers will be required to provide their account number and proper identification when conducting account transactions.
  11. Station Sports Connection account deposits and withdrawals must be signed and authorized by the customer at the Race and Sports Books during normal business hours, No agents or representatives are allowed.
  12. Wagers will not be accepted if they exceed the balance of the account.
  13. Station Sports Connection wagers are subject to established wagering limits.
  14. Station Sports Connection wagers will be accepted 21 hours per day. Wagers will not be accepted from 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM.
  15. Customer acknowledges that a bet placed using Station Sports Connection system is binding on both parties only when the Station Sports Connection system responds. WAGER IS CONFIRMED or the message "Your wager has been accepted" is displayed for PC wagers.
  16. All input through the Station Sports Connection system will be recorded. All recorded data will be kept for five days. Any dispute on a wager must be made within that time.
  17. Management reserves the right to refuse any Station Sports Connection wager.
  18. Customer acknowledges that free fax run-downs are limited to three per day. Account will be charged $1 per fax in excess of this limit. A minimum balance of $10.00 must be maintained. If the balance is less the account will be charged $1.00 for each Fax.
  19. Customer acknowledges that a minimum account activity of $200 in sports handle during the most recent thirty-day period is necessary to maintain a free daily fax run-down subscription.
  20. Management reserves the right to terminate an account at any time by settling the account balance with the customer.
  21. Station Sports Connection account rules and regulations are subject to change by Management at any time.
  22. Minimum deposit $100. Minimum wager $5.
  23. Account withdrawals and subsequent deposits must be made at the same Station Casinos property which the funds were initially placed on deposit.
