Station Casinos Sports Connection Official Rules

  1. Sports Connection wagers are accepted only within the Las Vegas area. Nevada law prohibits wagers originating from outside the State of Nevada. Sports Connection accountholders understand that it is illegal to place a wager originating outside the State of Nevada.
  2. All Sports Connection applications must be made in person and applicants must provide Station Casinos with acceptable valid proof of identification, proof of residence and Social Security Number.
  3. All account applicants must be twenty-one (21) years or older.
  4. All Sports Connection account transactions must be made by the account holder, only. Accounts are limited to the sole and exclusive use of the individual named on the application. Account deposits and withdrawals must be made in person. Agents or other representatives are not permitted.
  5. A minimum $100.00 deposit must be made to open a Sports Connection account. Deposits to Sports Connection accounts must be made in cash or Station Casinos chips or tokens. Patrons may exchange for cash, personal checks, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, money orders, debit cards, credit cards and electronic transfers of money at the Casino Cage.
  6. All account deposits and withdrawals must be signed and authorized by the guest at the Race and Sports Book during normal business hours. No agents or representatives are allowed.
  7. All account withdrawals and subsequent deposits must be made at the same Station Casino’s property where the funds were initially placed on deposit.
  8. Sports Connection account patrons will be required to provide account number and acceptable valid identification when conducting account transactions. Patrons may access their Sports Connections accounts while they are on the premises of the Sports Book.
  9. Sports Connection wagers will not be accepted if they exceed the account balance.
  10. Sports Connection wagers are subject to established wagering limits.
  11. Sports Connection wagers will be accepted twenty-one (21) hours each day. Wagers will not be accepted from 3:00 a.m. through 6:00 a.m.
  12. Guests acknowledge that free fax run-downs are limited to three per day. A Sports Connection account will be charged $1 per fax in excess of this limit. A minimum balance of $10.00 must be maintained to be eligible for free fax run-downs, if the account balance is less that $10.00 the account will be charged $1.00 per fax. In addition, there must be a minimum of $200.00 in account wagers made during the last thirty-day (30) period to be eligible for free fax run-downs, otherwise the account will be charged $1.00 per fax.
  13. Sports Connection rules, upon regulatory review, are subject to change by Station Casinos at any time.
  14. Minimum deposit $100.00, minimum wager $5.00.
  15. All applicable Station Casinos Race and Sports Book house rules and regulations apply to Sports Connection wagering accounts.
  16. The Station Casinos will provide patrons upon reasonable request a statement of account showing each wagering account deposit, each wagering account withdrawal, each credit to a wagering account, and each debit to the wagering account made during the time period reported by the account statement. Patrons may dispute any transaction according to Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A.
  17. Station Casinos will make a print, electronic or other approved record of the Sports Connection entire transaction and shall not accept any such wager or transaction if the recording system is inoperable. Recorded wagering transactions shall be maintained for a minimum of 60 days. The record of the patron’s confirmation of all wagering information shall be deemed to be the transaction of record, regardless of what was recorded by the computerized bookmaking or pari-mutuel system. The records are made available to the Nevada Gaming Control Board upon request.
  18. Guest acknowledges that a wager placed using Station Casinos Sports Connection system is binding on both parties only when the Station Casinos Sport Connection system responds: WAGER IS CONFIRMED on the phone system or the message “YOUR WAGER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED” is displayed for PC wagers.
  19. Station Casinos has the right to:
    1. Refuse the establishment or maintenance of accounts for what it deems good and sufficient reason;
    2. Refuse deposits to accounts for what it deems good and sufficient reason;
    3. Refuse to accept all or part of any wager for what it deems good and sufficient reason;
    4. Declare the account wagering system closed for receiving any or all wagers;
    5. Suspend or close any account at any time, provided, however, when an account is closed, Station Casinos shall, within five business days, return the balance of the wagering account at the time of said action, subject to compliance with Nevada Gaming regulations, Station Casinos’ house rules, and federal and state laws and regulations, by sending a check to the patron’s address of record; or
    6. Close any wagering account when the patron thereof attempts to operate with an insufficient balance or when the account is dormant for a period determined by Station Casinos. In either case, Station Casinos shall refund the balance of the Sports Connection wagering account, subject to compliance with Nevada Gaming regulations, Station Casinos’ house rules, and federal or state law.
  20. Station Casinos shall keep confidential, except from the patron, the Nevada Gaming Control Board or as otherwise required by federal or state law:
    1. The amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in any particular patron’s Sports Connection wagering account;
    2. The amount of money wagered by a particular patron on any event;
    3. The account number and secure personal identification method that identifies
      the patron;
    4. The identities of particular entries on which a patron is wagering or has wagered
      and;
    5. Unless otherwise authorized by a patron, the name, address, and other information
      in the possession of Station Casinos that would identify the patron to anyone
      other than the Nevada Gaming Control Board or Station Casinos.
