You may have clicked on the "No" button on the Account Verification screen. You may have clicked on the "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to close your browser instead of clicking on the Logout button.
Your driver’s license or Nevada state-issued ID may have expired.
It may have been over three (3) years since you showed your driver’s license or Nevada state-issued ID to your registration property.
It may have been more than 180 days since you logged in to Sports Connection.
To resolve the issue, contact Customer Support at 495-3838 Option #2 or visit your registration property.
